Late For An Appointment
Arriving late will limit your treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
With all facials and massage therapies we ask that you arrive 10 mins earlier to ensure consultation of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is precious, as is ours, this is why we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Without notice, 50% of your treatment booked may be charged.
